    The protection of personal data is a significant matter for Graten Consultancy.

    This Privacy Policy ("Policy") contains explanations regarding the purposes and legal grounds for processing the personal data you provide while visiting the Graten Consultancy website and filling out the contact form on the website, the security measures taken to ensure the security of your data, and your rights, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"). When you provide us with your personal data voluntarily, we process this data in strict confidentiality. No personal data is ever rented, sold, publicly announced, or shared with other companies, organizations, applications, or websites except as specifically described in this Policy.

    Methods and Legal Grounds for Processing Your Personal Data

    We process your personal data based on the legal grounds that processing of personal data belonging to the parties of a contract is necessary provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, that data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, and that data processing is mandatory for our legitimate interests, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject, when you contact us via the form or during your visit to our website, through automated or non-automated methods via cookies and the contact form.

    Graten Consultancy uses the information collected regarding users mainly for the purposes specified below:

    While processing and sharing your personal data, we adhere to all applicable legal legislation and obligations regarding the protection of personal data, primarily Articles 8 and 9 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. The information you provide to Graten Consultancy may be transferred to third parties domestically and abroad in order to realize the purposes specified above. In this context, your information may be shared with our business partners and suppliers/service providers, internet service providers, mobile application software maintenance and support service providers from whom support is received within the scope of product/service supply.

    When we make an agreement with other companies to provide services to Graten Consultancy and subsequently provide or allow access to personal data to third-party suppliers for this purpose, we require these companies to store the data and comply with applicable data privacy standards and all applicable legal legislation regarding the protection of personal data. Service providers process personal data outside of Turkey from time to time, in accordance with the KVKK and relevant legislation.

    Your information is stored for as long as required by the purpose for which we collect the information. If a special period is stipulated in the legislation for us to store your information, compliance with this period is ensured. Graten Consultancy takes the technical and administrative measures specified in the Personal Data Protection legislation necessary to protect the systems, servers and databases where your information is stored against data security threats (cyber attack, hash, etc.).

    Accuracy and Up-to-dateness of Your Information

    The accuracy and up-to-dateness of the information provided via the Contact Form is the responsibility of the users. Your information must be transmitted to us truthfully and updated in case of a change in your information.

    Redirections to Third Parties

    Graten Consultancy may make redirections to third-party links not operated by Graten Consultancy. During your visit to any of the relevant links, you are subject to the privacy policies and terms of use of the third party you visit. Graten Consultancy is not responsible for the terms of use, policies and practices of such third parties.

    Pursuant to KVKK, you can use your following rights by applying to Graten Consultancy:

    • – If your personal data has been processed, to request information regarding this;
    • – To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose;
    • – To learn the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad;
    • – To request correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed;
    • – To request the deletion, destruction or anonymization of your personal data;
    • – To object to the occurrence of a result against yourself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems;
    • – To request compensation for damages in case you incur damages due to unlawful processing of personal data.

    If you wish to use any of your rights described above, please submit your request to us using one of the application channels below. Your requests submitted within the scope of KVKK will be concluded within 30 (thirty) days at the latest from the date they are received.

    – By making a written application to the Company's address "Zeytinlik Mahallesi, Fişekhane Caddesi, Carousel, No: 5, İç Kapı No: 17, Bakırköy, İstanbul"; kvkk@graten.co by sending a secure electronic or mobile signed e-mail; or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority.

    Liability

    Graten Consultancy is not responsible for direct or indirect damages and expenses that may arise as a result of any error, interruption, delay, virus, line and/or system failure that may occur during the provision of our services in electronic environment.
